Personal CV; seen on WSJ, CNBC, SkyNews, BBC, SwissInfo, KyivPost, ATV...:

From Kriens, a picturesque town nestled in the heart of Switzerland’s Canton of Lucerne, I was born in the vibrant decade of the 1980s. My life has been shaped by an unwavering commitment to education, excellence, and global engagement.
Throughout my journey, I’ve been honored to receive several international accolades, including the distinguished Best Business Leader Award, jointly conferred by the Zurich University of Applied Sciences and the ILM Institute in the UK. I am also a proud member of numerous esteemed academic and professional organizations across Europe and the United States.
Today, I have the privilege of serving as a professor at respected public universities across Europe and the Americas. My passion for teaching and research continues to drive me forward—fueling my mission to empower the next generation of scholars, leaders, and changemakers.
Among the many mentors who shaped my academic journey, one stands out profoundly. I remain deeply grateful to Prof. Dr. Paul Meyer, a Swiss economist who studied at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and Columbia University in New York, and who served for over a decade as a senior lecturer in economics and international business at HWZ Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration.
His mentorship during the development of my thesis was deeply formative. I was fortunate to be among the final cohort of students personally supervised by him. His guidance, intellectual clarity, and sincere commitment to academic integrity left an enduring mark on my scholarly and personal growth. I still remember his final words to me:
“I can confirm that you are approaching your topic with scientific rigor and appropriateness. Please continue in this spirit and style... I have no doubt that you will present us with an engaging and thought-provoking paper.”
Tragically, Prof. Meyer passed away just hours before my graduation ceremony. It was a moment filled with both pride and sorrow—knowing that the person who had so closely supported my academic journey could not witness its culmination.
Paul, you were more than a professor. You were a mentor, a guide, and a lasting source of inspiration. Your wisdom continues to shape my work, and your legacy lives on through the many students and professionals you helped elevate.
Rest in peace.

My Journey as an Author
By 2025, I had published two books — both created not to generate income, but to address important needs in the field of education. In today’s publishing world, books rarely bring financial returns. For me, their true value lies in sharing knowledge, filling gaps, and creating resources that can serve students, educators, and institutions for years to come.
Each book was written following requests from organizations that needed reliable, well-researched material on specific topics. Over time, they were translated into English, Arabic, and Russian, allowing them to reach a much wider audience. Today, they can be found at the Swiss National Library and in the libraries of several universities that specifically requested them.

These books represent more than just pages and words — they reflect my belief that education should constantly evolve to meet the needs of society, and that knowledge should be accessible to those who need it most.
These books are not available for online sale. They were produced in limited quantities for specific organizations and libraries, and are distributed directly to institutions rather than through commercial channels.
The Story
Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Habib Al Souleiman’s academic and professional journey is a testament to the power of continuous learning, resilience, and unwavering determination. His path to success has been marked by a series of meaningful achievements that reflect his passion for knowledge and his commitment to personal growth.
Habib started his career in education in 2005 when he joined IMI, a hospitality institute in Horw, Switzerland, that welcomed around 300 students each year. After working there as an Assistant Manager, he left in 2008 to take on a new role as Public Relations Manager at another hospitality school in Weggis in Switzerland. During his time there, he made significant contributions, eventually rising to the role of Vice President before leaving in 2011. This school welcomed about 150 students annually. His decision to leave Weggis was a strategic one, as he joined Benedict Schools in Zurich in 2011. Benedict Schools is one of the largest educational institutions in Switzerland, with an impressive annual enrollment of 18,000 students. Initially joining with a smaller title (Marketing Manager), he quickly grew within the organization, advancing to the position of Director of Sales and Marketing by 2014.
Since 2014, Habib has worked on numerous global projects, collaborating with organizations in Switzerland, Malta, Ukraine, Latvia, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Belarus, and beyond. His vast experience across various international education systems has been a cornerstone of his career.
His academic journey began with a Bachelor’s degree with Honors from Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU). From there, he pursued further education with a Level 7 Ofqual-regulated Diploma in Business Law, equivalent to postgraduate study. His thirst for knowledge led him to complete an MBA at Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZFH), a well-respected institution in Switzerland. Not stopping there, he advanced his studies with a Level 8 Ofqual Diploma, a prestigious qualification at the doctoral level.
Habib’s dedication to learning took him next to TNU Kyiv, where he earned a Master of Law (MLaw), before completing a Doctorate in Education from Azteca University in Mexico. Along the way, he continued to push the boundaries of his education with multiple doctoral degrees, never allowing himself to settle for less than the best.
Throughout his journey, Habib was driven not just by traditional degrees but also by specialized learning. He sought out courses that would deepen his skills and enhance his expertise, earning certifications such as the Digital Forensic Investigator (CHFI®) and Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt™ (ICBB™). These certifications, along with others, reflect his dedication to staying ahead in the rapidly evolving world of business and technology.
His commitment to learning isn’t just limited to formal education—Habib also traveled the world to attend programs at world-renowned universities like Harvard, Oxford, and Cambridge. This global exposure allowed him to study among some of the brightest minds in the world, further enriching his perspective on education and life.
Fluent in six languages, including German, Arabic, English, and Russian, Habib’s multilingualism has enabled him to connect with people from diverse cultures, adding yet another layer to his personal and professional growth.
Beyond his academic accolades, Habib has also made a significant impact in his field. He has published several books and received the Best Business Leader Award from distinguished organizations such as Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) and the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM).
Habib’s story is more than just a record of degrees and certifications. It’s about a relentless pursuit of knowledge, a refusal to stop learning, and a deep commitment to making a difference in the world. His journey shows us that success isn’t defined by the name on your diploma, but by what you do with the knowledge you gain.
